The Starman NFT Experience is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) running on the Ethereum and Polygon network. This website is only an interface allowing participants to exchange digital collectibles, access content, and play games within the ecosystem. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private Ethereum wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website before approval. Furthermore, as the Starman NFT smart contracts run on block chain networks, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.
This website and its connected services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. By using this website you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving Starman NFT digital collectibles.
You acknowledge and agree that the Starman NFT Experience operated by Gray Space Group, LLC owns all legal right, title and interest in and to the Art, and all intellectual property rights therein.
“The Starman NFT Experience grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license, to display the Art for your Purchased NFTs, solely for the following purposes: (i) for your own personal, non-commercial use (for example home display, display in a virtual gallery or as an avatar); or (ii) as part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your NFTs.”
Your NFT’s are yours do with as you please for personal use. You can, buy, sell, trade, collect, and play games with your Starman NFT’s. Display them on your wall, social media profiles, print a picture and put it on your wall. Whatever you can imagine to your heart's content, so long as it is your personal use. What is not allowed is the reproduction or creation of derivative works of our art and characters for commercial use (for sale).
